This is, we think, what Adam would say;
Live every minute of every day.

Get up early, with energy and enthusiasm,
Go to bed knowing your time was well spent.

Be the person you are - become the person you want to be.
But do it for yourself, not for anyone else.

Define your real values and live by them
Doing what you believe with passion and determination.

Love your family, value your friends,
Cherish your surroundings - they are all part of you.

Don't lose enthusiasm by letting things get on top of you
Bring fun and the laughs into everything you do.
